Burgess Furniture

Via a former client at a previous company, I was approached to help Burgess resolve an issue they were having with another web agency. Burgess commissioned a company to design and build a new website which was taking an exorbitant amount of time. It was also being developed in a custom CMS that was proving awkward. I reviewed the current situation and came to the conclusion that the CMS was inadequate and that the proposed time to complete the project was similar to recreating the site in WordPress. I rescoped the project, cloning the style agreed upon and relaunching the new site within 6 months. The website improved sales in its first year and I have continued to provide design and marketing support.
